Project Wildomar (Fire Damage Repair/ Structural Repair) Ground Zero, Day 1 of demolition
After Demolition, we've went in and followed the framing schedule according to city blue prints. Ready for inspection!
Framing Inspection passed. Chicken wire & Paper up. Passed inspection, now the stucco
3 layers if stucco at 1/2" per layer as instructed by the city.
Drywall completed, just finishing up the tape and compound.
Drywall, taping, compound and pain is complete. The Owner wanted pure white as her interior color.
Marble Tiles for the entire house is completed
Peppering for Marble tiles in the Kitchen
Kitchen flooring completed. Now we're ready for cabinet and counter tops.
Change order incoming, counter top, cabinets, and sink.
